Short Spiritual Retreat for Young People (in English) - 2 days

You are warmly invited to join a short spiritual retreat in the beautiful heart of Switzerland! Take a break from your daily routine and immerse yourself in the peaceful beauty of this region, where you can pray in silence surrounded by nature and the inspiring architecture of the Lassalle-House.
This retreat is a great opportunity to connect with other young people who are exploring or deepening their Christian faith. You will meditate on short Bible passages, allowing the Word of God to inspire and guide you. You will receive thoughtful insights on meditation and decision-making, giving you the space to reflect on your life and consider how you want to align your journey with your spiritual goals.
The retreat will primarily be conducted in English, including the methods, spiritual reflections, and the celebration of the Eucharist. The spiritual accompaniment will also be offered in German, French, and Italian.
To make the most of your experience, we have planned a short hike together, so please bring light hiking boots or comfortable trainers to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Daily:

• Spiritual reflections on the retreat’s journey and on the architecture of the Lassalle-House
• 3-4 meditation times, spent individually or in the group
• Spiritual conversation with an experienced person
• Relaxing body exercises
• Celebration of the Eucharist
• Review of the day

We spend all our time in silence.
